• Supplement and product purchases through the Services marketplace.
• Personalized action plans and health recommendations.
• Concierge support for your health journey.

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Reside in a location where our services are available.

The medical services on our platform are provided by independently licensed physicians and healthcare professionals. &you facilitates access to these professionals but does not itself practice medicine.

Health information provided through our platform is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have.

By making a purchase on our platform, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

• Credits earned through referrals or promotions have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
• Subscription fees (if any) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

All content, features, and functionality on the &you platform—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of &you and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, &you shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.
